Share Information Securely

There are many ways you can share information with your clients, vendors, partners, resellers, investors, and so on, but as soon as you reach a critical mass of information, users and permissions, things can quickly become very tedious.

Channeltivity's hosted portal solutions allow you easily and securely share all kinds of information in a very targeted way. Define your own groups and permissions to make sure that only the right people can access certain files. There is no limit to what kinds of file types Channeltivity supports — any type of file can be shared. You can test permissions at the click of a button to verify that everyone's access is correct.

Most importantly, we designed Channeltivity so it is very easy to use. You won't have to involve IT when you want to publish a new file or add a user, but can take control and manage your Channeltivity extranet yourself.

If you want your users to send you files, you can give them access to Channeltivity's virtual file drop box, which (as the name implies) allows them to upload files to a secure Channeltivity section using their web browser. Once a file upload completes, you will be notified via email and can download the file, delete it, or move it to the shared storage where you can set permissions and let other users download it as well.
